適用範圍

這份條款適用於 Jarvis Ops 提供的網站（jarvisos.live）與社群工作台（studio.jarvisos.live，以下稱「工作台」）。使用工作台即表示你同意這份條款與我們的隱私權政策。

帳號

工作台的帳號由店家或公司的管理者邀請建立，供其員工與合作人員使用。請妥善保管登入資訊；以你的帳號進行的操作視為你本人所為。管理者可以隨時停用帳號；停用後所有登入與 API 金鑰立即失效。

工作台提供什麼

工作台協助你為自己或所屬店家的社群帳號（Facebook 粉絲專頁、Instagram、LINE 官方帳號、TikTok）建立資料卡、撰寫草稿、預覽、排程與發布內容，並可選用 AI 寫稿輔助與廣告圖卡製作。所有內容在發布前由你自己確認；工作台不會替你決定要發什麼。

第三方平台

連結社群帳號時，你是透過 Meta、LINE、TikTok 等平台的官方授權機制授權工作台代你發布與讀取互動資料；這些平台各自的條款與政策同時適用。你可以隨時在該平台的設定（例如 Facebook 的「應用程式和網站」）撤銷授權。平台的功能、額度與政策可能變動，且不在我們掌控之內。

你的責任

你只能發布你有權發布的內容，並遵守各平台規則與適用法律。不得利用工作台發送垃圾訊息、侵害他人權利或違法的內容。

資料與授權憑證

你連結的社群帳號憑證與你建立的內容存放在我們自己的主機，只用於提供工作台功能，不出售、不用於廣告、不用於訓練 AI 模型。詳細說明見隱私權政策。

服務依現狀提供

工作台依現狀提供，我們會盡力維持可用，但不保證不中斷或無錯誤。在法律允許的範圍內，對於因平台政策變更、第三方服務中斷、或你自行發布的內容所造成的損失，我們不負賠償責任。

條款變更與終止

我們可能更新這份條款，更新後會在本頁標示日期。我們也可能因違反條款或停止提供服務而終止你的使用。

準據法

這份條款以中華民國法律為準據法，如有爭議以臺灣花蓮地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Terms of service

Scope

These terms apply to the Jarvis Ops website (jarvisos.live) and the social media workbench at studio.jarvisos.live (the "Workbench"). By using the Workbench you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Accounts

Workbench accounts are created by invitation from a business administrator for its staff and partners. Keep your sign-in details safe; actions taken with your account are treated as yours. An administrator may disable an account at any time, after which all sessions and API keys stop working immediately.

What the Workbench does

The Workbench helps you create fact cards, draft, preview, schedule and publish content for the social accounts of your own or your business (Facebook Pages, Instagram, LINE Official Accounts, TikTok), with optional AI writing assistance and ad-card generation. You confirm every post before it is published; the Workbench never decides what to post for you.

Third-party platforms

When you connect a social account you authorise the Workbench through the official authorisation flow of Meta, LINE or TikTok to publish on your behalf and read engagement data. Those platforms' own terms and policies apply as well. You can revoke the authorisation at any time in that platform's settings (for example Facebook's "Apps and websites"). Platform features, quotas and policies may change and are outside our control.

Your responsibilities

Publish only content you have the right to publish, and follow each platform's rules and applicable law. Do not use the Workbench to send spam, infringe others' rights or publish unlawful content.

Data and credentials

Credentials for the social accounts you connect, and the content you create, are stored on our own servers and used only to provide the Workbench. They are not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models. See the privacy policy for details.

Provided as is

The Workbench is provided as is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses caused by platform policy changes, third-party outages, or the content you choose to publish.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. We may also end your access for breach of these terms or if the service is discontinued.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.); the Taiwan Hualien District Court has first-instance jurisdiction over disputes.
